Terms & Conditions


These Terms and Conditions are effective from 02/07/2018. All previous terms and conditions are cancelled as of that date.


1.1. By using and/or visiting any section (including sub-domains) of the Geoff Banks website www.geoff-banks.com (the "Website"), Geoff Banks mobile application (the "Application") and/or registering with Geoff Banks (the "Geoff Banks", also referred to herein as "we" or "us") , you agree to be bound by

(i) these Terms and Conditions,

(ii) Privacy Policy,

(iii) Cookies Policy, and

(iv) Betting Rules (the "Rules") applicable to our betting products and are deemed to have accepted and understood them (together the "Terms").

1.2. The Terms shall apply to all telephone and online betting as well as betting via mobile devices.

1.3. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any of the documents listed above, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

1.4. Geoff Banks is committed to providing excellent customer service. As part of that commitment, Geoff Banks is committed to supporting responsible gambling. For further details, please read Clause 13.


Please read the Terms carefully and if you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Website, the Application and/or our services in any other way or form.


2.1. If you reside in the Great Britain, you will be opening an account with Geoff Banks, who is a bookmaker licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission in Great Britain. Licence number is 000-001839-R-103757-005.

2.2. If you reside in Republic of Ireland, you will be opening an account with Geoff Banks, who is a bookmaker licensed and regulated by the Department of Justice and Equality in Republic of Ireland. Licence number is 1003236.

2.3. It is your responsibility to determine the law that applies in the location in which you are present and to ensure that you are acting legally in that jurisdiction by using our services. If you access any of the services from a country other than the country specified as your country of residence in the customer registration procedure, it is your responsibility to check that accessing and using the services are not prohibited and/or restricted by local laws. We accept no liability if your use of our services is in contravention of the laws of the country in which you are located.

2.4. In the event that you are found to have breached any of the terms in Clauses 2.1-2.3 we may cancel any bet you may have placed; we shall not be obliged to pay any winnings which might otherwise have been payable in respect of any bet you placed; and we may refer the matter to the police, guardians or family members, or any other appropriate regulatory authority.

2.5 Spread bet wagering is handled by our Irish Office and cannot be via our UK website. We only accept calls to that office, or texts to the same on 07950081289. All wagers are licensed and taxed in the Republic Of Ireland under their rules and regulations governing betting. The Dublin office address can be found under our contacts.

2.6 Spread bet wagering is limited to a max win/loss of £10,000 per trade.


3.1. To use our services, you must register and open an account with Geoff Banks. You:

3.1.1. are 18 years of age or older. Underage gambling is a criminal offence. By registering with us, you confirm that you are aged eighteen (18) or older;

3.1.2. are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, including the Terms and each subsequent bet whilst using our services;

3.1.3. are not prohibited for any reason from betting with us or from using the services.

3.1.4. have not excluded yourself, and neither we nor any other operator has excluded you, from gambling; and

3.1.5. are not an undischarged bankrupt or in a voluntary arrangement with your creditors.

3.2. All information provided in the registration application must be true and accurate. You are the person whose details are provided in connection with your registration. You are responsible for keeping those details up to date and inform us of any changes in such details.

3.3. Any bets or wagers placed via your account must be for your own benefit and not for the benefit of any third party unless otherwise agreed by us in advance.

3.4. We collect and may use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

3.5. You can only register one (1) account with us. Should we find that you have opened duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close down any duplicate accounts.

3.6. In the event that you are found to have breached any of the terms in Clauses 3.1-3.5:

3.6.1. we may cancel any bet you may have placed;

3.6.2. we shall not be obliged to pay any winnings which might otherwise have been payable in respect of any bet you placed; and

3.6.3. we may refer the matter to the police, guardians or family members, or any other appropriate regulatory authority.

3.7. We reserve the right to refuse to open an account for any reason.

3.8. By submitting an application you agree to verification procedures stipulated in Clause 4.


4.1 By agreeing to the Terms of business, You authorise us to undertake any such verification checks from time to time as we may require ourselves or may be required by third parties (including, but not limited to, regulatory bodies) to confirm these facts. You agree that from time to time, upon our request, You may be required to provide additional details in respect of any of such information You have provided us, including in relation to any deposits which You have made into Your Account.

4.2 Whilst we are undertaking any Checks from time to time, we may restrict You from withdrawing funds from Your Account and/or prevent access to all or certain parts of the Website. Please note that we may from time to time reperform the Checks for regulatory, security or other business reasons. If any such restrictions cause You a problem, please contact Customer Services.

4.3 In certain circumstances we may have to contact You and ask You to provide further information to us directly in order to complete the Checks. For this purpose, we will be entitled, at our sole discretion, to require that You provide us with a notarised ID or any equivalent certified ID according to the applicable law of Your jurisdiction or otherwise, proof of address, utility bills, bank details, bank statements and bank references and any documentation that validates your source of funds. Until such information has been supplied to our satisfaction we may prevent any activity to be undertaken by You in relation to the Account or we may, where we reasonably believe that deliberately incorrect information has been provided by You, keep any amount deposited on the Account following the closure of the Account by us.

4.4 It may be an offence for persons under the Relevant Age to make use of the Website. If we are unable to confirm that You are the Relevant Age then we may suspend Your Account until such time that we are able to confirm that You are the Relevant Age. If You are subsequently proven to have been under the Relevant Age at the time You made any gambling or gaming transactions with us, then:

4.4.1 Your Account will be closed;

4.4.2 all transactions made whilst You were underage will be made void, and all related funds deposited by You will be returned by the payment method used for the deposit of such funds, wherever practicable;

4.4.3 any deposits made whilst You were under the Relevant Age will be returned to You; and

4.4.4 any winnings which You have accrued during such time when You were under the Relevant Age will be forfeited by You (and may be deducted from the amount of any deposit returned under paragraph 4.4.3) and You will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from Your Account.


5.1. Upon opening an account for you we will assign you a username and a password. The latter of which you may change yourself afterwards.

5.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not reveal your username and password to anyone else.

5.3. We shall not be liable for any claims in the event that you disclose your username and password to anyone else or where your negligence or deliberate act has contributed to such third party access to your account.

5.4. You may not in any circumstances nominate or allow any person to be an authorised user of your account.

5.5. If you enter your password incorrectly 5 (five) or more times, your account will be locked for security purposes. If you lose or forget your username and/or password you can retrieve the details or if you need to unlock your account using the tools provided on the Website and/or mobile application. Alternatively, you can contact customer services by telephone, live chat or email and subject to sufficient security and verification checks we will reset your username and/or password for you.


6.1. You may only bet/wager with the amount of cleared funds held in your account, unless you have a credit account (see Clause 7). Geoff Banks reserves the right to void any bet which may be inadvertently accepted if your account does not have sufficient funds to cover the whole of the bet and/or to recover the amount of any shortfall.

6.2. You can make deposits into your account by debit or credit card (Visa and Master) and by cheque. The cardholder's name must be the same as the name used when registering with Geoff Banks. Geoff Banks reserves the right to suspend or close any account and cancel any associated bets where the account holder and the owner of the funding instrument are not the same.

6.3. All deposits may be subject to your bank and/or payment provider's authorisation and we accept no liability where this is not provided.

6.4. All deposits must be either in British Pounds Sterling and Euros.

6.5. Minimum and maximum account deposits apply, as will be indicated to you where relevant.

6.6. Bets placed over the phone with our customer services are subject to a minimum stake per call of £10 (or currency equivalent).There is no minimum stake for online bets although there is a minimum deposit of £10 (or currency equivalent).

6.7. Your deposit will be available in your account as soon as your bank authorises the amount you choose to deposit and Geoff Banks has processed the transaction.

6.8. Cheques or bank drafts will only be credited to your account upon clearance by our bank. Please contact customer services for further details.

6.9. Geoff Banks will not charge you for deposits or withdrawals although you should check with your bank and/or other payment service provider as to whether they will levy any such charges.

6.10. Funds in your account do not bear interest and are deemed to be advance payments for intended transactions.

6.11. You should only deposit money in your account for the purposes of using such money on our services. If you deposit funds and then without making use of them request withdrawal, we will reserve the right to charge you administration fee of 5% of the deposited amount. We shall be entitled to suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe that you are depositing money without any intention to use such money on our services. In such circumstances we may also report you to the relevant authorities.

6.12. Monies deposited by you to your account will be held in a bank account and/or escrow account which will be kept separate from Geoff Banks' other operational funds. Monies in your account are not insured, guaranteed, sponsored or otherwise protected by any deposit or banking insurance system or by any other similar insurance system. As such, monies in your account are not protected in the event of insolvency. This level of protection meets the Great Britain Gambling Commission's basic protection criteria set out in its customer funds rating system.


7.1. A credit account is available to either by application or by invitation. Credit limit is decided solely at our discretion and may, if we deem necessary, be lowered from the level originally granted without prior notification.

7.2. Allocation of credit may be subject to credit checking procedures and other bookmakers may be contacted for references. You should also be aware that we may occasionally share your data with other bookmakers. The information you provided us with to operate your account, will be used and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.3. Credit settlement terms are the following:

7.3.1. All bets will be charged to your account at the time of bet placement.

7.3.2. The applied credit limit will operate on a 14 day accounting period. Credit limit may not be exceeded on credit accounts at any time. If you reach your credit limit you will be able to continue using our services if you make a deposit to your account. Credit facility will become available once you have settled your outstanding credit account balance.

7.3.3. A balance under £20, either negative or positive, may be carried forward to the next accounting period.

7.3.4. Statements and invoices are sent to you every two weeks and payment is expected within 5 (five) days from the invoice date. All late payments are subject to an annual interest of 5 (five) percent.

7.3.5. Withdrawal of positive balance may be done pursuant to procedure in Clause 11.

7.3.6. Geoff Banks may at any time cancel wholly or partially any pending withdrawal requests of positive balance in the amount of used credit account facility.

7.4. Where an outstanding balance remains unpaid after the due date we may, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us, restrict access and/or freeze the credit facility, charge interest, recover the debt by referring the collection of the balance owed to an external debt collection agency, and/or take further legal action to recover the debt.


8.1. Geoff Banks reserves the right to decline all, or part, of any bet/wager requested at its sole and absolute discretion. All bets/wagers are placed at your own risk and discretion.

8.2. Tote bets are not accepted.

8.3. Geoff Banks only accepts bets/wagers made online (including via mobile device or downloadable applications on a mobile device) or by telephone. Bets/wagers are not accepted in any other form (post, fax, etc.) and where received will be invalid and void - win or lose.

8.4. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure details of their bets/wagers are correct. Once bets/wagers have been placed they may not be cancelled or changed by the customer without our consent.

8.5. Your funds will be allocated to bets/wagers in the order they are placed and will not be available for any other use. Geoff Banks reserves the right to void and/or reverse any transactions made after a bet/wager has been placed involving allocated funds, either at the time or retrospectively.

8.6. All communication either online or on the phone will be recorded.


9.1. Bets/wagers will not be valid if there are insufficient funds in your account.

9.2. For telephone bets/wagers acceptance will be deemed only after an operator has completed a full read back of the bet/wager details and confirmed to the customer that the bet/wager has been successfully processed and accepted.

9.3. An online/text bet/wager that you request will only be valid once accepted by Geoff Banks by way of sending you a confirmation. Each valid bet/wager will receive a unique transaction code. Geoff Banks shall not be liable for the settlement of any bets/wagers which are not issued with a unique transaction code. If you are unsure about the validity of a bet/wager, please check your account history, or contact us.

9.4. Notwithstanding the above, if bets/wagers are placed via a credit or debit card they are not valid until Geoff Banks has received payment in full. The bet/wager will be automatically void if Geoff Banks has not received the payment prior to the relevant event commencing.

9.5. Once bets have been confirmed with us, they can only be cancelled or changed by mutual consent. If you've placed a bet and wish to cancel or change it, please contact us in good time before the start of the event for their consideration.


10.1. All bets and wagers are subject to the maximum winning limits set out in Appendix One of these Terms and Conditions. Our operators are not authorised to accept bets that exceed these limits. For any bets taken in error, the limit will stand.

10.2. For multiple bets including selections from markets where different limits apply, the maximum payout on the bet will default to the lowest applicable limit.

10.3. Where bets are placed on different days, the maximum payout limit will apply to the day that the final selections in the bets were completed and not to the day that the bets were placed.

10.4. Geoff Banks reserves the right to suspend a market and/or cancel any bet/wager at any time. When a market is suspended any bets entered will be rejected. Geoff Banks also reserves the right to cease betting on any markets at any time without notice.

10.5. Should a customer include a non-runner or void selection in a multiple bet/parlay, the bet will be settled on the remaining selections.

10.6. Winnings from settled bets/wagers are added to the balance of your betting account. Any funds/winnings credited to an account in error are not available for use, and Geoff Banks reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds and/or withdraw the relevant amount from your account and/or reverse the transaction, either at the time or retrospectively.

10.7. We reserve the right to withhold payment and to declare bets on an event void if we have evidence that the following has occurred:

(i) the integrity of the event has been called into question;

(ii) the price(s) or pool has been manipulated; or

(iii) matchrigging has taken place.

Evidence of the above may be based on the size, volume or pattern of bets placed with Geoff Banks across any or all of our betting channels. A decision given by the relevant governing body of the sport in question (if any) will be conclusive. If any customer owes any money to Geoff Banks for any reason, we have the right to take that into account before making any payments to that customer.

10.8. Without restricting ability to rely on other available remedies, Geoff Banks may suspend or terminate your account and/or cancel any bets placed by you at our absolute discretion if we suspect that you:

10.8.1. are engaging in illegal or fraudulent activity while using our services;

10.8.2. are breaching any of the Terms;

10.8.3. are taking unfair advantage over us or any other player or are otherwise acting in an unfair manner (for example, by exploiting a fault, loophole or error in our software, by collusion or by any other means);

10.8.4. may be having difficulties obtaining credit, have become bankrupt or that you may have self-excluded;

10.8.5. are placing any bets or wagers for the benefit of others; or

10.8.6. We are required to do so by law.

10.9. Irrespective of whether we suspend or terminate an account and notwithstanding any other provisions in the Terms, we may decide to cancel or void any bets at our absolute discretion where:

10.9.1. there is a technological failure; or

10.9.2. where in our judgment, acting reasonably, there is a manifest error in the terms of a bet offered to, or placed by, any party.

10.10. Where there is evidence of a series of bets each containing the same selection(s) having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals, we reserve the right to make bets void or withhold payment of returns pending the outcome of any subsequent investigation.

10.11. For events where there is no official 'off' declared, the advertised start time of the event will be deemed the 'off'. If for any reason a bet is inadvertently accepted after an event or match has commenced (other than live In-Play betting clearly indicated on the Website), bets will stand providing the final outcome is not known, and that no participant/team has gained any material advantage (e.g. a score, sending off for the other team, etc) at the time the bet was placed. If the outcome of an event/market is known Geoff Banks reserves the right to void the bet, win or lose. Disputes over times bets are placed will be settled using the transaction log. All times stated on the Website and/or referred to by our staff relate to UK Time unless stated otherwise.

10.12. In-Play betting - where we have reason to believe that a bet is placed after the outcome of an event is known, or after the selected participant or team has gained a material advantage (e.g. a score, sending off for the other team etc) we reserve the right to void the bet, win or lose.

10.13. If for any reason we are unable to validate the outcome of a particular market (e.g. due to loss of live pictures), all bets will be void, unless settlement of bets is already determined.

10.14. Where a customer gives ambiguous instructions, Geoff Banks reserves the right to split the amount of monies staked between the potential outcomes. Where this is impractical we reserve the right to void the whole of that bet. In any event, the decision of Geoff Banks is final.

10.15. Any queries relating to a bet must be raised no later than thirty (30) days after the last event in the bet has been settled. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to respond to your query if it is not raised within this time.

10.16. An itemised statement of transactions can be viewed via your account on our Website or Application.


11.1. If you wish to withdraw funds you need to make such request to Geoff Banks either by phone, email or live chat and it will be duly processed and paid out within 5 working days following the day of making such request if conditions in Clause 11.2 and 11.3 are satisfied.

11.2. Maximum Winnings Limits apply (Appendix 1).

11.3. Funds may be withdrawn from your account provided that:

11.3.1. all payments made into your account have been confirmed as cleared and have not been charged-back, reversed or otherwise cancelled;

11.3.2. any identity checks we are required to conduct pursuant to applicable anti-money laundering regulations and rules or other obligations are clear. To this end we reserve the right to seek such other information as we might require in order to confirm your identity and compliance with the Terms and Conditions and any other applicable rules, laws or regulations. Please also note that additional verifications may be required in connection with certain services (e.g. various social and professional applications) which may cause an additional delay when withdrawing funds; and

11.3.3. you have complied with the rest of the Terms as well as any promotional offers and/or specific rules.

11.4. Where possible, all withdrawals will be processed to the payment account from which the deposits were made. Withdrawal payments can only be made in the name of and to the registered account holder.

11.5. There is no set maximum withdrawal amount per day but withdrawal requests for amounts greater than £20,000 or currency equivalent may require additional arrangements.

11.6. Please note that you are responsible for reporting or declaring any funds withdrawn, including any winnings, if such reporting is required by local law, tax or other authorities.

11.7. We may, at any time, set off any positive balance on your account against any amounts owed by you to Geoff Banks.


12.1. Geoff Banks makes every effort to ensure that no errors are made in prices offered or bets accepted. However, human and/or systems' error may occasionally result.

12.2. Geoff Banks reserves the right to correct any obvious 'palpable' errors prior to the start of an event where an obvious error is identified any bets will stand and be settled at the industry standard price.

12.3. In the case of any blatant errors in prices transmitted (including for example where the price being displayed is materially different from those available in the general market and/or the price is clearly incorrect, depending on all of the circumstances), bets will be settled at the correct price at the time of acceptance (or the starting price in the case of horse racing, whichever is the greater).

12.4. If a bet is accepted by Geoff Banks on an event where the event itself (rather than the price) was in error, the bet will be void and your stake will be returned.

12.5. In the event of errors relating to the random number generators used in certain of the services, Geoff Banks reserves the right to void all bets on the wagers affected and your stake will be returned. Should funds be credited to a customer's account in error, it is the customer's responsibility to notify Geoff Banks of the error without delay. Any winnings subsequent to the error and prior to the notification of Geoff Banks, whether linked to the error or not, shall be deemed invalid and returned to, or otherwise be reclaimable by, Geoff Banks.

12.6. Any monies which are credited to your account, or paid to you as a result of an error shall be deemed to be held by you on trust for us and shall be immediately repaid to us when a demand for payment is made by us to you. Where such circumstances exist, if you have monies in your account we may reclaim these monies from your account. We agree that we shall use reasonable endeavours to detect any errors and inform you of any such errors relating to you, your engagement with us, or your account, as soon as reasonably practicable.

12.7. As soon as you suspect or become aware of an error you shall:

12.7.1. immediately cease wagering; and

12.7.2. inform us as soon as reasonably practicable of any such error or suspected error.

12.8. Where you have used monies which have been credited to your account or awarded to you as a result of an error to place subsequent bets, we may cancel such bets and/or withhold any winnings which you may have won with such monies, and if we have paid out on any such bets, such amounts shall be deemed to be held by you on trust for us and you shall be immediately repaid to us when a demand for payment is made by us to you.


13.0. Geoff Banks operates a self exclusion facility for those customers who feel they have a genuine problem with gambling. Our self exclusion scheme is intended for those customers who require our assistance with problem gambling only.

13.1. Geoff Banks offers various facilities for customers who wish to limit their gambling and this will be effected as a joint commitment between Geoff Banks and you whereby you have the following options:

13.1.1. We can limit the amount you can wager or deposit into your account. Please use the form at www.geoff-banks.com/responsible.asp

13.1.2. We can apply a "cooling off' period from 24 hours to one to two months depending on your preference.

13.1.3. Self-exclude yourself from playing for an extended period of time from 6 months to 5 years.

13.2. We shall urge you to contact Gambling Commission in order to make sure that they are aware that you wish to be self-excluded with all operators on a national register. This is the only effective way you can help yourself with your gambling addiction.

13.3. To activate an self-exclusion facility of your choice and agree on terms suitable for you, a formal request must be sent to us, which is available via our website here. The request will be reviewed, following which an agreed form of self-exclusion will be applied to your account. Your self-exclusion will not be in effect until you have received written confirmation of a self-exclusion agreement between Geoff Banks and yourself.

13.4. Upon receipt of a completed self exclusion request via the website. We will take reasonable steps to prevent you from using your account which will include immediate account deactivation and further measures. You must not attempt to re-open your account or to try and open new account in the agreed minimum period or later if so agreed. We shall not be liable if you circumvent our self-exclusion procedures and continue to use our services or if you continue to gamble with any third party.

13.5. We may retain such personal data as is necessary and for as long as is necessary which may be indefinitely to implement the facility as effectively as possible, including for example your name, address and credit/debit card details.

13.6. Although Geoff Banks will use its reasonable endeavours to enforce its responsible gambling policies, Geoff Banks does not accept any responsibility or liability if you nevertheless continue gambling and/or seek to use the Website with the intention of deliberately avoiding the relevant measures in place and/or Geoff Banks is unable to enforce its measures/policies for reasons outside of Geoff Banks' reasonable control.

14.1. Please contact us if you wish to close your account.

14.2. We may close or suspend your account if your account remains inactive for a significant period. Inactive accounts may incur a charge to compensate Geoff Banks for the costs incurred in maintaining such inactive accounts. Such charges will be set off from your account after we have made reasonable efforts to contact you in advance of the incurrence of such a charge. If you have any queries regarding inactive accounts, please contact the customer services for further information.

14.3. We are entitled to close your account at our discretion and without having to disclose any reasons, and where deemed necessary on written notice (or attempted notice) to you using the contact details you have provided. Any balance in your account will be made available to you, subject to your having complied with the Terms.

14.4. Your sole remedy in the event of termination of your account by us for any reason shall be the re-imbursement of any undisputed account balance you may then have and we shall have no further liability to you whatsoever.


15.1. Information accessed by you on the Website (including results, statistics, sporting data and fixture lists, odds and betting figures) is for your personal use only and the distribution or commercial exploitation of such information is strictly prohibited. No warranty is given as to the uninterrupted provision of such information, its accuracy or as to the results obtained through its use. The information is not intended to amount to advice or recommendations and is provided for information purposes only. It should not be relied upon when placing bets/wagers, which are made at your own risk and discretion.

15.2. Your computer equipment or mobile device and internet connection may affect the performance and/or operation of the Website and Application. Geoff Banks does not guarantee that the Website and/or Application will operate without faults or errors or that the services will be provided without interruption.

15.3. Geoff Banks does not accept any liability for any failures or issues that arise due to your equipment, internet connection or internet or telecommunication service provider (including, for example, if you are unable to place bets or wagers or to view or receive certain information in relation to particular events).

15.4. Geoff Banks will not be responsible for any damage to, or loss of data from the mobile device that the Application is installed on, and will also not be responsible for any call, data or other charges incurred whilst using the Application.


16.1. You must have registered an account to use text betting. You cannot register an account via text betting. Only the mobile phone number registered with your account may be used to place bets via text betting.

16.2. Where we receive an offer to place a bet from the mobile phone number associated with your account we may at our discretion, and subject to the rest of these terms, accept that bet.

16.3. A bet shall not automatically be deemed to be valid by your sending an offer to bet to us in connection with your account. As with any other electronic communication, for reasons outside of our (or your) control, we may not receive your offer to place a bet on time (or at all). Also, we reserve the right at our discretion to decline an offer by you to place a bet. Bets will be valid only if accepted by the Geoff Banks by way of sending confirmation to you, which will be conclusive as to acceptance or otherwise.

16.4. The confirmation of text bets is done by way of sending a bet receipt, which will include confirmation of your selection with odds. However, we cannot guarantee delivery or receipt by you of a bet receipt. The maximum risk we will accept on any text wager is £3000. For multiple type wagers the maximum risk shall be £5000. Any requests over this risk guarantee shall be void - win or lose.

16.5. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without being required to give any reasons, to restrict or place limitations on customers using text betting or to limit the amount of any bet, including for example by way of individual bet limits, daily limits, or individual customer limits.

It is your responsibility in such instances not to breach those undertakings. Should you, in an example where your account has been made starting price only, place a wager at early odds available on our website, that wager will be settled at the starting price. Should you place an each way wager, when the account has been limited to 'win only' the place element of the wager shall be declared void. We shall not be held liable if your account is under a restriction, if you fail to read our notifications to you, or ignore our stipulations.

25.5 If we wrongly pay an amount to you, for example in the case of an account restriction we notify you of, or we pay you more than the amount to which you are properly entitled you agree that we may deduct from your account, or you agree to repay to us immediately upon request from us the amount which has been wrongly paid or overpaid to you. 26.3. The arbiter's decision will be final (save in respect of any manifest error) subject to full representation being given to all parties involved.

26.4. Notwithstanding the above, Geoff Banks reserves the right to take legal action against any party in breach of the Terms, at its election, in England and Wales or the place of breach or the domicile of that party, and that party shall submit to the jurisdiction chosen by Geoff Banks.
